Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Axori platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Axori, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Axori LLC. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
About Axori
Axori is a software platform designed to help real estate investors track, analyze, and manage their investment property portfolios. Axori provides data organization, financial tracking, and portfolio analysis tools for informational purposes only.
Axori LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or licensed financial professional of any kind. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Account Registration and Eligibility
Who Can Use Axori
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use Axori. The platform is intended for use in the United States.
Account Accuracy
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at support@axori.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Axori is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
One Account Per User
Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or access limits is prohibited.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Axori only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
- Use the platform to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent property or financial data
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without authorization
- Use the platform to harass, harm, or defraud others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.
Intellectual Property
Axori's Intellectual Property
Axori LLC owns all rights to the platform, including its software, design, algorithms, features, branding, and content created by Axori. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written permission.
Your Content and Data
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Axori, including property information, financial records, documents, and any other content you upload. You grant Axori LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.
User Data and Privacy
Your use of Axori is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Financial Advice
Axori is a data management and analysis tool. All projections, cash flow estimates, property scores, and financial calculations produced by the platform are mathematical estimates based solely on data you provide.
- Are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
- Do not account for all factors relevant to your investment decisions
- May not reflect current market conditions or regulatory requirements
- Are only as accurate as the data you input

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axori LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Investment losses or financial decisions made based on platform outputs
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Service interruptions or errors in platform calculations
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Axori in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
By You
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@axori.com or through your account settings. Upon closure, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By Axori
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless immediate action is required.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
Modifications to the Platform
Axori reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible. We are not liable to you or any third party for modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the service.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Investment Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axori LLC.
- Severability: If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Subscription & Billing
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe, our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@axori.com.
Price changes: We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
